I had a very positive experience with Rob. Our basement ceiling had been leaking for a couple days and I found Rob’s site. Rob answered right away and came out within an hour of me calling. He brought on a drywall expert immediately to open up the ceiling, and helped diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the cause and made sure everything was resolved.
